Four short questions, then the payment page. Nothing on this form is a decision you are stuck with: the region can be swapped later, the plan can be extended at any point, and the only thing that has to be right first time is the email address.

thousands of channels on every termOne connectionCharged once
01How long for

Every length carries the same channels and the same film shelf. Longer terms are cheaper per month; that is the only difference between them.

02What you watch on

This decides the shape of the login you are sent, not the content behind it.

03Which groups open first

You get the whole thousands of channel line-up whichever you pick. This is about the order the categories appear in when the app first loads, and we can change it later for nothing.

04Where the login goes
Read this one back to yourself before you carry on. The server address, username and password land here, and a typo means chasing us for them instead.
Used when an email bounces or a payment needs a word, and for nothing else. We do not run a marketing list.

Minutes, not days

The line is built as soon as the payment is confirmed. A payment a bank stops for a manual look takes longer, and you hear about it either way.

No card kept

Card details are typed on the gateway and never reach this server. There is no stored card, so there is nothing to cancel later.

Two copies of the login

Emailed to you and kept on your account page, so losing the email is not a problem.

Not sure which line you need?

Ask before you pay rather than after. Two streams at once, an unusual box, a payment that keeps bouncing, or a plan you want to hand to somebody else as a present are all easier to sort out in a two minute conversation than in a refund.
