Plans and prices
Trex IPTV plans: pick a length, pay for it once
None of these is a better version of the service. Every length below opens the same channel list and the same film shelf. The only thing your money decides is how long the line stays switched on, and how little each month works out at.
Figures come out of the billing system rather than a hand-typed table, so the number on a card is the number charged. If you are buying to sell on rather than to watch, the Trex IPTV reseller credits work on a different footing entirely.
01The prices
Every length, and what it works out at a month
The longer the term, the less each month costs. That is the whole discount structure. There is no coupon page, no flash sale and no price that is only available if you order in the next ten minutes.

The monthly figure under each price is arithmetic on the total, not a separate offer you can pay by the month. Prices are per connection; a second simultaneous stream is quoted separately.
02What a plan includes
Everything, on every length
Tiered content is the usual trick in this trade: a cheap plan missing the sport, an expensive one that unlocks it. We do not run the service that way, because a channel list with holes in it is annoying to support and worse to sell.
A one month subscription and a two year subscription are the same line with a different end date written against it. Same channels, same film library, same guide, same servers. When new films land on the shelf on a Thursday, everybody gets them.
What is genuinely not included: hardware, a VPN, and any promise about a specific channel staying on a specific number forever. Sources move and lists get re-pointed, which is normal and usually invisible.
In every plan
- The full thousands of channel list, grouped by country and by genre
- Films on demand, with new titles added weekly and no charge per title
- Box sets filed by season and episode rather than one long list
- A seven day guide on the channels that publish one, and catch up on many of them
- The kids section, which most player apps will let you lock behind a PIN
- One login that works on any device you own, one at a time
- Support on WhatsApp from someone who can open the account
03Connections
One connection is one stream, not one device
This is the single thing people misread before ordering, so it is worth being blunt about.
Install the app on the Fire Stick, the bedroom television, your phone and a laptop if you like. Nobody counts installs. What is counted is how many of them are playing at the same moment, and on a standard plan that number is one.
If the football is on downstairs while somebody wants a cartoon upstairs, you need a second connection, and that has to be set on the line when it is created. It costs extra and it is quoted case by case, so say so before you order rather than after.
One quirk worth knowing: some player apps hold the stream open for up to a minute after you close them. If a second device says the line is already in use and you are certain nothing else is playing, wait sixty seconds and try again before assuming something is wrong.
04At the end of the term
What happens the day it runs out
No card on file means nothing is taken without you deciding to pay again. It also means the line genuinely stops, so it is worth knowing the order of events.
The practical advice is to renew a couple of days early. It costs nothing extra, the time is added to the end rather than the moment you pay, and it saves the annoyance of a dead channel list ten minutes before kick-off.
The line stops at the end of the expiry day
Not mid-film. The subscription runs to the end of the day it is dated for, then the player starts reporting the account as expired instead of loading channels.
Nothing is charged automatically
There is no stored card and no standing authority, so a lapsed subscription costs you nothing and quietly ends. That is the trade for not having a recurring bill.
Your account page stays open
Order history, the old login and any support tickets remain visible after expiry, so you can see exactly what you had and renew straight from it.
Renewing keeps the same username
A renewal extends the existing line. Nothing changes on the television, no app is set up twice, and the new end date is simply pushed further out.
Leave it too long and the username goes
Dormant lines are eventually cleared off the servers. Come back after several months and you will most likely be issued a fresh username and password, which means retyping them once on each device.
Say which plan
Message the plan length and the device you watch on. That is enough to start.
Pay for the term
One payment in US dollars, for the length you picked, and no more.
Get the login
Server address, username and password, emailed and kept in your account.
Type it in once
The player remembers it. First load pulls the list and the guide, then it opens instantly.
Activation is usually two or three minutes. A payment that a gateway flags for a manual look takes longer, and you get told either way rather than being left watching an inbox.
Buying for more than one house?
Past a handful of lines the per-subscription prices above stop making sense. A block of 120 credits is $250, one credit runs one month on one connection, and you provision lines yourself instead of ordering them one at a time. Accounts are opened by hand over WhatsApp, so there is nothing to sign up for.
05Questions about pricing
What people ask before they pay
Answers about the money side specifically. Setup and device questions live on the get started page.
Replies on WhatsApp usually take minutes rather than days, and come from someone who can open the account rather than read from a script.
Is there a free trial of Trex IPTV?
There is a short one, and it is arranged by message rather than by clicking a button. Trials handed out automatically get farmed by people running scripts, which costs bandwidth that paying customers are already using. Ask on WhatsApp, say which device you are on, and you will get a line to test with.
Can I move to a longer plan part way through?
Yes. Buy the longer term whenever you like and it is added on top of what is left rather than replacing it, so nothing you already paid for is thrown away. Send the username with the order so it lands on the right line.
Will the price go up when I renew?
The renewal is charged at whatever that length costs on the day you renew, which is the price shown on this page. We do not run an introductory rate that quietly doubles at the end of the first term, and there is no card on file for it to double against.
Can I buy a plan for somebody else?
Often done. Order it in your own name, tell us the email the login should go to, and we send the server address, username and password there instead. If it is a present, ask and we will hold the email until the day you want it to arrive.
Why are the prices in US dollars?
Because the service is sold in about forty countries and one currency is the only way to quote a price that means the same thing to everybody. Your bank converts at its own rate on the day, so what leaves your account will be a few pence either side of the figure here.
