TREX IPTV

Legal

Terms of service

Twelve clauses, written to be read rather than clicked past. They cover what a Trex IPTV subscription includes, how many streams a connection carries, why nothing on this site renews behind your back, and the handful of things that will get a line switched off.

In force from 7 September 2026Applies to best4kzone.site

00Short version

If you only read one panel, read this one

None of what follows is unusual, but people skim legal pages and then are surprised. So here is the whole agreement compressed into six lines.

The full clauses are underneath and they win if the summary and the detail ever disagree. Anything that looked odd is worth a message before you pay; we answer contract questions on the same WhatsApp number as the technical ones.

Ask before you order

  • You buy a login for a fixed term, not a device.
  • One connection plays one stream at a time.
  • Nothing recurs. When the term ends, it ends.
  • The line is for your household, not a venue.
  • Channels shift; we fix and tell you, we do not promise perfection.
  • Break the fair use clause and there is no refund.

01Parties

Who you are dealing with

Trex IPTV operates this site and sells subscriptions from it. Everything written here applies to orders placed on best4kzone.site and to the lines created from them. Written contact goes to support@best4kzone.site; day to day questions go to WhatsApp on +1 581 781 1218.

Placing an order means you accept the version of this page published on the day you ordered. If a clause below does not work for you, ask about it before paying rather than after. We would rather answer a question than argue about a refund.

02The product

What a subscription actually is

You are buying timed access to a streaming line: a server address, a username and a password that a player app on your own device reads. Nothing is shipped to you, no engineer visits, and there is no dish involved. The line is the product. The player app is your choice, and we will tell you which one to use on your device.

The channel list, the film shelf and the box set library are what they are on the day you watch. They grow, and occasionally something drops off because the source behind it did. We do not promise a permanently named channel unless we confirmed that channel to you in writing before you paid, so if there is one specific feed the whole purchase depends on, ask first.

03Connections

One connection plays one stream

A standard subscription is a single connection. It will play on any device you own, but one at a time. If somebody signs in on the bedroom television while the front room is halfway through a match, the front room stops. That is the line doing what it was built to do, not a fault.

If two rooms genuinely need to run at once, say so on WhatsApp before you order and the line is created with the extra connection from the start. It is a property of the line rather than a second password, so adding one afterwards is a change we make on the panel, not something you can switch on yourself.

04Activation

Delivery, and the email address you type

Lines are created automatically the moment the payment gateway confirms. Two or three minutes is the normal case. The credentials appear on your account page and are emailed to the address you gave at checkout, which is the one part of the process we cannot fix for you. Mistype it and the message goes to nobody, so check it before you press the button.

A payment is occasionally held for manual review, usually a first order on a new card in the middle of the night. Those wait for a person rather than the machine. You get a message either way instead of being left refreshing an inbox.

05Term

Nothing renews on its own

There is no recurring charge anywhere on this site. No stored mandate, no subscription object sitting at the payment provider, nothing to hunt for and cancel. You pay once for the length you picked, and when that length is up the line stops.

We may send a reminder a few days before the end date. Ignoring it is a perfectly valid way to end the arrangement and costs you nothing. If you do renew, the renewal extends the line you already have, so the server address, username and password typed into the television never change.

06Pricing

What you see is what the checkout takes

Every figure on the plans page is read out of the billing system as the page loads, so the price on screen is the price charged. Amounts are in US dollars and your bank does the conversion at its own rate, which may include a fee we neither set nor receive. Prices move when our costs move. A change never reaches back into a term you have already paid for.

07Credentials

Your login is yours to look after

You choose the account password and we never hold it in a form anyone can read back. Anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you, so keep them out of group chats and off forums. If you think the line has leaked, tell us and we will change the password the same day. That takes a minute; working out afterwards who was watching takes an argument nobody wins.

08Fair use

Use it like a household, not a broadcaster

The subscription is for you and the people who live with you. What it is not for: publishing the credentials anywhere public, selling access on, restreaming the feed, recording and redistributing it, or running the line in a bar, a café, a gym, a hotel or any other room the public walks into.

Lines doing any of that are suspended, and a suspension on these grounds carries no refund. None of this is here to catch out a family with a holiday flat. It is here because a single line pushed through a commercial venue costs the same to serve as a hundred houses. If you want to sell access properly, that is what the reseller programme is for, and it works out cheaper than being cut off.

09Resellers

Credits, and where a reseller stands

Credits are sold in blocks, currently 120 credits for 250 US dollars, and one credit provisions one month on one connection. Reseller accounts are opened by hand over WhatsApp, which is why there is no signup form on this site and never will be.

A credit spent on a line is consumed and does not come back. Unspent credits stay on the account for as long as it is active. A reseller is responsible for their own customers: their pricing, their billing, their first line of support and their conduct. We supply the panel and the lines; we do not become a party to your customer agreements. A reseller account suspended for breach takes the lines under it with it.

10Availability

What we can honestly promise about uptime

We aim for the service to be there whenever you switch on, and almost always it is. Any IPTV operator quoting you a round hundred per cent is selling you a number rather than a service. Sources move. A broadcaster changes an endpoint without telling anyone. A feed buckles at kick off when half a continent opens it at the same moment, and that channel has to be pointed somewhere that still works.

Short interruptions and individual channels being re-pointed are ordinary operation, not a breach of this agreement. What we commit to is fixing them quickly and telling you what is happening while we do. A prolonged failure we cannot resolve is a different matter, and that is covered by the refund policy.

11Third parties

Apps, devices and names that are not ours

The player apps belong to their developers, not to us. If one updates and breaks its own portal screen, or a manufacturer pulls it from a television store overnight, we will tell you what to install instead, but we cannot control the app and we do not support it beyond that. Channel names, station logos and programme titles belong to their owners and appear only to identify what is playing.

12Endings

Stopping, suspending, and the small print

You can walk away whenever you like. There is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing charging you. We can suspend or end a subscription where clause 08 has been broken, where a chargeback is raised without anyone messaging us first, or where the law requires it. Refunds are dealt with entirely on the refund page and what we hold about you is set out in the privacy notice.

Our liability in connection with a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the term in question. Nothing here removes a right that the law where you live does not let us remove. If this page changes, the date at the top of it changes too, and the version in force for your order is the one that was published on the day you placed it.

Something here you want clarified?

A clause that reads badly to you is worth ten minutes of ours. Send the number of the section and we will explain what it means in practice, or admit it is worded poorly and fix it.

Last revised 7 September 2026. Earlier versions are not published; if you need the wording that applied to an older order, ask and we will send it.
